ARE YOU READY?

Hi, my name is mike and I want to add value to your life and increase your influence. Is there a fire in your belly to start something new? I am gathering leaders who want to join together in creating a new faith community that produces followers of Jesus. My calling is found in the scriptures:

Colossians1:28 & Ephesians 4:12-13 (NIV)

We proclaim Him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ … preparing God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

The message is the same, but the methods for birthing and growing will be what we forge together. Are you interested in using the gift and graces God has given you to make a Kingdom difference in your world?

The ideal leadership team to launch this new ministry include:

A Technology Leader: 

Your primary function is to use the latest technology to achieve the mission of our new work. 

                          Outreach Leader: 

Your primary function is evangelism.

                          Fellowship Leader: 

Your primary function is to create interdependent relationships amongst attendees.

Worship leader: 

Your primary goal is forming Christ in others through the arts.

                          Children’s Leader:

 Your primary goal is to disciple young souls establishing them in a right relationship with Jesus.

                          Teen Leader:

 Your primary goal is to disciple teens so they continue in their faith after graduation.

                          Adult Ministry Leader:

 Your primary goal is adult education and discipleship.

                          Finance Leader: 

 Your primary function is to fund ministry.

                          Care Leader:

 Your primary function is pastoral care of the congregation        

      

Are you the person God is calling to do something new? The ideal candidates are kingdom minded, mission driven, strategic thinking, get-it-done individuals. They can rise above their specific circumstances and help others see the bigger picture of possibility. They are strong leaders but not overbearing. They know how to motivate people and build teams. They are bold but gracious. They exude confidence without being arrogant. They can keep a calm head during chaos. They are tough skinned enough to endure the criticisms, but tenderhearted enough to love the people regardless. They not only lead the people but genuinely love them through the process. They have a proven track record in their respective areas of leadership that include recruiting others to assist in the ministry. They are team players who can follow as well as lead.
