Equality in the Kingdom #6 Awaken the Woke
When you read the Book of the Revelation of Jesus
Christ two beasts arise, one out of the ocean, one out of the earth. The first beast represents the elites and
government that is opposed to the rule of God.
This beast arises out of the chaos of the times. The second is the religion of those
powers. It is upon this second beast,
the beast from the earth that we will consider today.
The signs of the times here in these United States
suggest that this beast has risen and we are facing a national crisis, a time
of chaos. We’ve been exploring the
equality of the Kingdom, real equality in which everyone is invited to enter, where
women receive the same gifts as men, there are no elites with special status in
the kingdom, in which ethnicity is not an issue. It is the task of the believer to bring the
Kingdom, to manifest the equality of the Kingdom first in their heart and then
to everyone and everywhere else. It is the Kingdom that people want, but far
too many Americans have been seduced by the second beast. Now is the time for our testimony, now is the
time to take a stand against this beast.
Revelation 13:11-17 (NIV)
Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth.
He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon. 12 He exercised all
the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its
inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed. 13 And
he performed great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come down from
heaven to earth in full view of men. 14 Because of the signs he was given power
to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth.
He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the
sword and yet lived. 15 He was given power to give breath to the image of the
first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the
image to be killed. 16 He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor,
free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, 17 so
that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the
beast or the number of his name.
The beast out of the earth, up from the grave, like
some ghoul from a horror movie, is not a person but an ideology transformed
into a religion. This beast is like all
the others before it. The promise is
always the same in the guise of equality and justice, masquerading as tolerance
and inclusivity, “together we will build a brave new world.” The shout in the streets, in academia, in
corporate America, “equity,” “social justice,” “diversity and inclusion” “micro
inequities” are the rallying cry. The
name this beast goes by right now is wokeism.
Wokeism started as a movement to end racism and
social injustice but it has morphed into a religion, into a cult, that if left
unchecked is going to destroy every norm you’ve known.
Every religion offers a world view, a frame to which
everything is referenced and understood. The world view of wokeism is one of
power economics. Everything is seen in
terms of the oppressor and the oppressed, the haves and the have nots, the way
to liberation is to overthrow the affluent, the privileged, so that the common
people, the disenfranchised, the oppressed can make all things equitable and
just. The way to move wokeism forward is
through class conflict and ethnic conflict.
With this perception of reality, everything that
has been accomplished in these United States is racist. Forget historical context. Forget that America has a long history of
correcting its injustices. No instead
it’s a reduction to White men verse everyone else. So the nation doesn’t need reform, the only
way to get rid of systemic racism is to destroy everything associated with it. Violence is the path to utopia.

rewrite history to show it to be so.

If the past is evil, full of evil people then we should tear down their
statues and destroy monuments that corrupt society.
Here’s what needs to happen: White men are toxic,
they must be suppressed. Family needs
to be abolished, it’s too exclusive, it takes a village to raise children. Marriage is to be abolished it is oppressive
to women. Private property needs to be
abolished so that wealth can be distributed along racial lines. “Have you heard the term reparations?” Abolish individual rights as outlined in the
first 10 Amendments to the Constitution; everything must be reframed for “the
good of the people.” Guns have got to
go. Free speech must be curtailed. Property rights must end. Police support the old system, police need to
be abolished. Prisons are racist, they
need to be emptied. There is to be no
cultural appropriation, which means no mixing or mingling of culture because it
is demeaning, disrespectful, and exploitative.
Everyone should be given, focus on that word given, an equal share of
the social-economic pie. Have you heard
of the guaranteed income? Friends this
is metastasizing in front of your own eyes.
Like any religion wokeism is evangelistic. The
federal government is mandating that critical race theory be taught in public
schools. Critical race theory is just
communism with two changes. Black
Americans become the oppressed working poor, the proletariat and White American
Males become the oppressors, the bourgeoisie.

Like any religion, wokeism has violent zealots.
Antifa is such a group. Time and time
again this reportedly unorganized group rises to stop free speech on our
University Campuses. Recall the 2018
Berkley Riots over a conservative’s keynote addresses. An estimated 150
black-clad leftist and masked protesters rampaged through Berkeley’s campus,
where they caused $100,000 worth of damage, beat some students, and led to the
university canceling the speaker's appearance. The melee spilled onto the
streets of Berkeley, and forced university police and other officers to shut
down the campus for several hours. [UC-Berkeley

is not an isolated incident but a characteristic of the faith. Any message against wokeism must be destroyed
by any means possible.
Have wondered why there has been a sudden rampant
increase in violence against Asian Americans? It’s not because of the Pandemic
finding its origins in China, it’s that wokeism understands the reason for
Asian American prosperity is because the entire population is complicit in
White oppression of Black Americans.

Like any religion wokeism invokes ex-communication. This is what the cancel culture is all

remove problematic people from mainstream culture. It’s like a return to the
puritanical social bane, where the community ostracizes you and ignores you,
and does everything it can to shut you up.
All conservatives are bigoted and incendiary. Forget the 2nd Amendment guarantees
the right to free speech. If what you
are saying doesn’t fit the wokeism agenda you need to be silenced. If you have had your Twitter, Facebook or
other social media censored you’ve been silenced, for the good of the people. I
have been banned for life from Facebook, they didn’t even tell me why, just
that I broke community rules, and that I have no recourse.

I saw the “T” shirt just the other day. I read: “Stay Woke.” Not a good idea to bring about equality in
this nation. It is only in the kingdom
of God will this world find harmony, social justice, and equality. The “Woke” need to hear this message:

How are they going to hear that message if you are
silent? If you remain silent it will
only be a matter of time before you will not be able to speak. Now is the time for you to rise up against

contagious ideas and the barriers against truth consist of wearing the whole
armor of God.

Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the
devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against
the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and
against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on
the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to
stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm
then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of
righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that
comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield
of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word
of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers
and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all
the saints.
Our fight is with the beast from the earth, the
religion of wokeism, who is empowered by the dragon, Satan itself. Put God’s truth in your heart and in your
speech. It is only in the Kingdom of God
that equality, social justice, peace, and prosperity are to be found. Put God's
righteousness on, that state of being in a right relationship with God, with
self, so that you can speak the truth in love.
Put on God’s shoes that will keep your feet from slipping as you boldly
engage wokeism. Lift up the mighty shield
of faith, you know you are right, you know what is right, you know what God
wants, no matter what you face, you will defeat the counter-attacks of the
enemy. The helmet of salvation secures
the past and assures future victory. The
sword of truth is the very word of God, not relative truth, not my truth, not
your truth, but the truth that illuminates reality, that truth is alive in the
scripture and you bring it to this world as you live out its implications. Don’t forget to pray for prayer binds the
strong man (Mark 3:27) and refreshes the saints, opens your ears to hear God’s
instruction.
This is not going to be a walk in the park. Wokeism used to stand for coexistence, who
doesn’t want to peacefully coexist, how quickly it changed to submission. Wokeism has invaded every area of the
culture. Unmask its many disguises, its
changing of definitions, its bait, and switch.
Think through where a policy or practice will eventually lead, where the
trends point. Then shout about it. Don’t be fooled into thinking what happened
in Russia, China, Cuba, and Venezuela won't happen here. It’d happening here right now. It’s the nature of the beast to pull you in
with the promise of utopia and then make you its slave. You are going to have to fight for the life
you’ve known, the freedom of your loved ones, the liberty of your
grandchildren. The gospel and the
equality of the Kingdom need to be heard in your voice.

They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by
the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
